Ingredients:

1 lb. plus 2 oz. ground beef
4 tbsp. dry breadcrumbs
3/4 cup sour cream or buttermilk
1 pkg. (2 oz.) onion soup mix
1 egg
Crushed white pepper

Directions:

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix together breadcrumbs, sour cream and onion soup mix; let stand for couple of minutes. Add beef, egg and pepper and mix well. Form small patties and bake them at 390°F for 15 minutes.
