Ingredients:

1 lg. egg white
1 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled (1-1/2 oz.)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried dill
1 lb. ground turkey
Cooking spray
4 hamburger buns

Directions:

Place egg white in large bowl and beat with a whisk. Add onion and next 6 ingredients (through turkey) and stir well to combine. Divide turkey into 4 equal portions and shape them into a 1/2 inch-thick patty. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and then heat over medium-high heat. Cook about 8 minutes on each side or until done.
