Ingredients:

1 lb. swordfish steaks
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

In a plastic zipper bag, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Add the swordfish steaks and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Grill or saute in a little olive oil over high heat for approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fish is browned a bit and cooked but not dry; it really depends on the thickness of the steaks.

Comments from lebowskifan :

This is a quick and easy way to add flavor to swordfish steaks.
