1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes or
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes, seeds removed
1 lg. red onion, diced
2 md. pickeled jalapenos, halved, chopped and deseeded
2 cloves pickeled garlic, chopped
5 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine all ingredientes in a bowl, cover and chill.

This comes from my original search for a salsa I used to get at a Mexican grocery store in Calfirornia. But with me living in the middle of Missouri now, the only thing they know for Mexican food is Taco Bell. Well we all know how Mexican that is. Thus I came up with something we can all enjoy.
