Total Time:

Ingredients:

2 scoops ice cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup cream

Directions:

Put a scoop of ice cream into a bowl or wine glass. Mix in the rest of the ingredients until the ice cream is slightly melted, and the spices and cream are blended through. Freeze for one hour. When done the desert will be slightly crystalized and crunchy. Can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 days uncovered.

Comments from kristyharding :

Any kind of ice cream would work; but a bland, vanilla type ice cream would probably work best with the spices. Remember that Vanilla Extract is 5% alcohol by volume, so don't eat too much!
