Ingredients:

4 white fish fillets
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2-1/2 oz. butter
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lemon, sliced in wedges for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter, add garlic and set aside. Next mix the crumbs and parsley. Arrange fish in baking dish brushed with olive oil to prevent sticking. Do not overlap fish, you should only have a single layer. Next, cover fish with breadcrumb mixture, then drizzle garlic butter over each fillet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fish is flakey. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Comments from jessicapino :

This was the first time that I made fish and it turned out better than a restaurant!
