Ingredients: |

1 can (lg.) tomato juice
1 can (lg.) plus 2 cups water
1/2 onion, diced
2 carrots, cut up
4 potatoes, cut up
1-1/2 cups frozen corn
1 can green beans
3/8 head cabbage, thinly sliced
1 to 1-1/2 lb. beef chuck, cut into bite size pieces
8 cubes beef bouillon (I prefer Better Than Bouillon)
4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large pot, add the juice and water. Then add the onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes and cabbage. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 35 minutes. Then add the corn, green beans, beef chuck and beef cubes. Simmer for another 40 minutes or so, until beef is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
