Prep. Time:

Total Time:

6:15

Ingredients:

4 to 6 pork chops, depending on size
2 tsp. grated ginger
3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp. dried minced onions
2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
4 tsp. brown sugar Twin
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. habanero pepper sauce
1 tbsp. coconut rum

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except chops as a marinade and marinate the chops
overnight in a ziplock bag. Drain chops from marinade. Grill chops 10-15 minutes over medium coals or until cooked through, depending on thickness.

Comments from sue-l :

These are not real real spicy, so if you like it hot, mince some fresh habanero peppers and add to the marinade. Or you could use an ultra hot sauce, such as Insanity sauce or Blair's.
