Ingredients:

1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 lb. cooked finely chopped ham
1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing *
6 whole wheat buns, split

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients except buns in medium bowl mix well. Place about 1/3 cup filling on bottom bun, place top half of bun over filling. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil, place onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.

Where Easter is just around the corner, wondering what to do with that left over ham. What about ham salad on bulkie rolls/buns.

* If using salad dressing use 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish.
