Ingredients:

3 to 4 lb. corned beef
1-1/2 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
1/4 cup molasses

Directions:

In crockpot, cover corned beef with water. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Drain and place on a broiler pan or ovenpoof platter. Combine mustard, horseradish, vinegar and molasses. Brush on all sides of meat. Brown in 400°F oven for 20 minutes or until it begins to brown. Brush with sauce several times while browning.

Comments from skwerl :

This is the only Crockpot meal the kids will eat. Great for a weeknight meal. If you want to add heat, use red pepper flakes or Cayenne pepper.
