Ingredients:

Pam spray
1 egg
1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
2 tsp. very ripe bananas
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. orange peel, finely grated
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup tiny semisweet chocolate chips
Cocoa powder
Orange peel

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a bundt pan or 8x8-inch pan with Pam. Beat egg for 2-3 minutes at medium speed. Gradually add sugar, beat constantly. Add the remaining ingredients except garnish. Mix gently. Pour into the bundt and bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely, turn out on a plate and sprinkle with cocoa and orange peel.
