Ingredients:

1 graham cracker pie crust
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Cool Whip

Directions:

In a saucepan, over low heat, bring chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt to a boil, stirring continuously until blended. Mix in cherry pie filling. Pour into graham cracker crust. Garnish with dollops of whipped cream.

This is pretty good. I made a non-dairy (pareve) version of this, substituting 1 cup of Rich Whip for the can of sweetened condensed milk, and it came out pretty well. But, if you use too much milk, it comes out too liquidy, so you need to be careful. If it is too liquidy, you can freeze it, but if you do that, you will need to partially defrost it before serving...
