1 recipe pizza dough
1 recipe pizza sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 oz. Canadion bacon, sliced *
1/2 lb. sliced provolone cheese
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
6 crimini mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup shredded Pecorino Romano cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Basil
Oregano
Olive oil

Directions:

Prepare pizza dough and spread onto pizza pan. Cover with pizza sauce. Sprinkle minced garlic over sauce. Place provolone atop sauce. Arrange bell pepper and mushrooms over provolone. Spread Canadian bacon evenly over top. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses over top. Garnish with dried basil and oregano. Brush crust lightly with olive oil. Bake at 425°F for around 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
