Total Time:

1:00

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1-1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. cheddar cheese
2 oz. swiss cheese
1 cup ham, cooked and diced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 unbaked pastry shell
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained

Directions:

Saute onions and mushrooms. Spread diced ham in bottom of pastry shell. Add onions, mushrooms and 1/2 of the mixed cheeses. Lightly beat eggs. Add cream and seasonings, blending until smooth. Set pastry shell on a cookie sheet and carefully pour in custard mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.

Bake at 375°F for 1/2 hour or until top is puffed and brown, and if a knife is inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes to let custard set. Serve.
