Ingredients:

2-1/5 lb. chicken
2-1/10 oz. mushrooms, sliced
5-113/200 oz. ham, diced
2 md. onions, sliced
2 md. tomatoes, sliced
3 tsp. oil
6-4/5 fl. oz. chicken stock
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Joint chicken, discard skin and fats. Heat oil in pressure cooker; add chicken and sautè until light brown. Add ham onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, stock and seasoning. Close pressure cooker and bring to full cooking pressure on maximum heat. Reduce to medium heat; cook for a another 10 minutes. Turn heat off and allow cooker to cool gradually. Open and serve hot.

Hello, I am looking for an authentic egyptian recipe... strange that in Egypt the majority of the population are muslim which they do not eat pork. This recipe calls for ham... maybe you should call it something else :)
