1 lg. block Brie, halved
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. crushed fresh garlic *
Black ground pepper (optional)
Red Caviar **

Directions:

Break the brie into pieces and put into your food processor. Add the garlic and olive oil. Blend together until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving bowl; add fresh ground pepper as desired.
I like to use with garlic bagel chips. Spread on the chips, or toast points, and add a little red caviar to the top.

* Don't overdo it on the garlic or it will overpower everything.
** You may also use black caviar.
