Ingredients:

8 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. cayenne pepper
5 tbsp. ground black pepper
6 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. onion powder
6 tbsp. salt
2-1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
2-1/2 tbsp. dried thyme

Directions:

Blend all ingredients well in a medium bowl. Store in old spice jars for up 3 months. Rub on beef, pork, chicken or seafood and cover and chill for at least 2 hours before grilling. Pork is even better over night.

I just got a new gas grill for Christmas and found this Rub to try. Wow I can see that I will be making big batches of this for grilling not just for meat but on seafood and veggies.
