1 box cornbread mix
1 can (8 oz) creamed corn
1 lg. egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) green beans, drained
1 can rotel tomatoes
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix cornbread mix, corn, egg, milk and oil. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet; drain well. Stir in green beans and tomatoes. Cook over medium heat stirring often, until heated. Spoon over cornbread; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes.
