Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz.) smoked red salmon or sockeye
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 whole jalapeno
1 cup mayonnaise
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Emeril's Bam
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 dash Worchestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blener; form into a ball. Roll ball in chopped nuts and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve with your favotire crackers or chips.
