1 box (9 oz.) Jiffy Pie Crust Mix
5 tbsp. water
Filling:
1 pkg. (4.6 oz.) Jell-O Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jell-O Sugar-Free Strawberry Pudding Mix
1 can (15 oz.) Queen's Pride Tropical Fruit Salad (optional)
2 cups milk

Directions:

Mix both Jell-O packages, milk and fruit salad juice in a medium sauce pan; bring mixture to a boil and cook until it thickens. Refrigerate to chill for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, grease a 12-cup muffin pan. mix the crust mix and water together; form into 12 evenly sized balls. Roll each into a mini pie crust and place in the muffin pan. Fill each crust 3/4 full with filling.
Bake at 325°F for 15 to 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Sprinkle the fruit salad on top. Chill until cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
