Total Time:

2:30

Ingredients:

6 bananas, more green than yellow
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 cup white chocolate morsels
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:

Chop bananas in 1/2- to 1-inch medallions. Place the semi-sweet morsels and 1 tbsp. oil in a double boiler over medium heat. Once chocolate is melted dip one side of the banana slices into the chocolate and set on the undipped part on wax paper.

Next melt the white chocolate morsels with the remaining oil, but instead of dipping the bananas again just add a dot of white chocolate to the tops of each banana. Once you are completely done, place the bananas in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Comments from jessicapino :

This recipe isn't as long as it seems because most of the time in inactive time it needs for the chocolate to cool. These are great snacks for a party or even to keep your kids eating fruit!
