Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk (I use skim evaporated)
4 oz. bitter chocolate, broken up
1/2 tsp. mint or other extract

Directions:

Place all ingredient into blender. Cover and blend on high 3 or 4 minutes, or until thick.

Comments from Suzanne O'Dowd :

1 batch is enough for 8 or 9-inch layer cake. Any kind of extract can be used. Almost is really good.
