Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
14 Oreo cookies (1 sleeve) or enough to cover bottom of baking pan.
Candy corn (optional if Halloween)
1 box Duncan Hines 13x9 Family-Size Brownie Mix*

Directions:

Mix brownie mix according to package directions. Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish and arrange whole Oreos in rows until entire bottom of dish is covered. If using candy corn, sprinkle them in the spaces between the Oreos. Pour batter over Oreos and spread until no more Oreos can be seen. Bake according to package directions. When done, let cool and then cut into squares. Invert onto plate or tray so that specks of candy and baked in oreos can be seen.

Comments from christinacooks :

This recipe takes about 5 minutes to prepare and the rest is bake time. It's really delicous though.

* Note: Brownie mix used in this recipe is Duncan Hines 13x9 Family size. Water and oil measurements may have to change.
