Ingredients:

1 cup softened unsalted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Directions:

Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well. Add vegetable oil and mix until well blended. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Add to sugar mixture all at once and mix well. Add chocolate chips, walnuts, and Rice Krispies cereal; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 12 to 14 minutes until light golden brown.

They are so light and addicting. You cannot have just one cookie. I have tons of compliments whenever I make this cookie.
