Ingredients:

2 slices white bread, buttered on one side
2 slices bologna
1 slice American cheese
1 slice provolone cheese

Directions:

Place one slice of buttered bread, butter-side down, in a skillet on medium heat. Lay American cheese, bologna and provolone cheese, and top with the remaining bread slice, butter-side up. Cook covered until lightly browned. Flip and cook covered on other side until lightly browned.

This is a recipe from when I was a teen. My mom used to make me plain fried bologna and as I got older I started adding the cheese.

I have some people ask me for this at work! My mother use to make it for me when I was a kid and I still make every once in a while. Try it with some mustard on it.
