Ingredients:

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 pinch nutmeg

Directions:

In a large bowl mix beef and pork. Do not over work. Add the minced onion and salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in egg and blend.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop the meat mixture in by a tablespoon at a time into the boiling water. When the meat balls float to the top they are done and scoop them out with a slotted spoon to drain.

Serve them with a curry sauce over them.
