Ingredients:

3-1/4 ground beef
2 tbsp. Worshestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2-1/2 pkg. curing salt *
2-1/2 pkg. jerky seasoning *

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together until well mixed. Will change color from red to brown and get sticky when properly mixed. Fill jerky press and fill each tray with drops of jerky. Dehydrate at 150°F for 4 hours. Remove from tray and wrap jerky in paper towels to absorb any additional grease.

Quick & Easy!

Note: You can let set overnight in the towels. Will keep 2 weeks at room temperature, 2 months in the refrigerator and 4 month in the freezer.

Equipment required:
4 Tray Nesco Jerky Maker. Available at WalMarts. Or Dehydrator.
Jerky Press. Available at WalMart.
