Total Time:

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. dried small red beans
1/2 pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning
1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
1/2 lb. ham, chopped

Directions:

Pour beans into bowl and cover with water; soak overnight. Drain beans and pour beans into pan. Cover beans with water and bring to a simmer. Beans need to simmer over medium heat for about six hours (you will need to check water level occasionally). About an hour before beans are done, cut up ham and add to beans. Add taco seasoning and ranch seasoning. When beans are tender - serve and enjoy! :)
