4-1/2 oz. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 ripe banana
1/4 tsp. salt
4-1/2 oz. sugar
2 eggs
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup orange juice
1 orange rind
2 tsp. dessertspoon lemon juice

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar togethere. Add Honey, mashed banana orange rind and lemon juicel beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Fold in sifted flour and salt alternately with orange juice. Place in greased 20 cm cake pan. Bake in moderate (350&176;F) oven for 1 hour.
