Ingredients:

1 pablano chili, diced
1 cubanelle chili, diced
5 jalapenos, diced
3 serrano chilis, diced
1 anaheim chili, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
2 md. onions, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes hot sauce
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. mustard
Cayenne (optional)
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:

Sautee peppers, onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add sautee to blender with all other ingredients. Puree until smooth. Return to pot and simmer for 20 minutes.

The night before hosting a BBQ I prepared this recipe in the kitchen below my roommates bedroom. The sautee of the chili peppers caused him to wake up in tears.

If any of the above listed chili peppers are unavailable feel free to experiment with substitute varieties.
