5 ripe avacados, pitted and peeled
1 sm. ripe tomato, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
2 lemons, juice of
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper jelly
1/2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. cayenne powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 dashes Mexican hot sauce
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Chili powder (optional)

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl or mixer, add avacado flesh, garlic, cilantro and seasonings. In a seperate container mix together lemon juice, hot sauce and hot pepper jelly with a fork until smooth. Add mixture to mixing bowl. Blend together until reaching the desired consistency. Garnish with onion and tomato and serve.
