Ingredients:

3 chicken cutlets
6 lg. onions, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut in strips (optional)
Soy sauce
1 cup rice, boiled
Mee Tu Chinese noodles

Directions:

Boil rice and set aside. Slice onions lengthwise and steam in large frying pan with cover. Add chicken, mushrooms, pepper and soy sauce to taste and keep covered until chicken is done. Serve with rice and noodles.

Comments from angel :

For variety, beef, pork or shrimp can be substituted for the chicken.

Johanna, from your criticisms, I'd suggest perhaps you should review your own cooking first, undercooked vegetables, and mushy noodles are down to timing, and as angel didn't give these I'd suggest a touch of introspection before you just jump in there with the insults.


rice AND noodles? what were u guys thinking???


a really disgusting blend of chicken and gross noodles tat were mushy. the vegetables were raw and i hated evry mouthful. i really did feed it to the dog
