1-1/2 cups Basic Sugar Syrup #2
1/4 cup instant coffee powder
1-1/3 cups vodka
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. glass container

Directions:
|
Stir sugar syrup and instant coffee until very smooth. Pour into a 4 cup (1 quart) screw top jar. Stir in vodka and vanilla. Close jar. Store in a cool, dark place for a minimum of 1 week to allow it to age.
