Ingredients:

1 cup cooked rice
2 cans black beans
3 limes, juice of
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
Oil
Fresh ground black pepper
Salt

Directions:

Wash and drain the black beans. Saute crushed garlic in oil on low heat for 5 minutes. Add black beans and continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium-high heat until beans are thoroughly fried. Add rice and blend together. Add lime juice, chopped cilantro, black pepper and salt; mix ingredients together while cooking on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Serve hot with a side of sour cream.
