1 chicken, cut in pieces or
2 lb. beef steak, cut in pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:

Mix last 4 ingredients to make a marinade. Pour this over your chicken or beef and let it absorb for at least 15 minutes. Cook meat in pan for 25 minutes or until done. Serve with vegetables or rice.
