Ingredients:

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) tomatoes, undrained
1 md. green pepper, chopped
1 md. onion, quartered
1 can (4-1/2 oz.) diced green chili peppers, drained
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Frankfurters
Buns
Chopped onion
Mustard

Directions:

In a food processor or blender, combine the tomatoes, green pepper, onion, green chili peppers, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, cumin and red pepper. Cover and process until nearly smooth. Transfer to a large sauce pan.

Bring sauce to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Cool.

Serve desired amount over cooked frankfurters and warmed buns. Top with mustard and chopped onion.
