Ingredients:

1 unsalted saltine cracker
1 tsp. Pizza or tomato sauce
Shredded mozarella cheese
1 slice pepperoni (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay crackers on a plate. Place pizza sauce on each cracker, then top with cheese. Add pepperoni or topping of choice. Place cracker pizzas on a foil covered baking pan and place in oven. Cook until cheese is melted. Let cool for 1 minute and serve.

I have been doing something similar since about
age 7. Use a triscuit cracker for a thicker crust. I
usually didn't add sauce, but that's just me.
(Believe it or not I came up with this before
Triscuits started advertising it!)
