User Reviews:

I am not a cook and I tried this. So I found whipping cream not the heavy cream. Are they the same? I used whipping cream and followed the directions. Do the potatoes end up creamy?

I used about 1 pound of potatoes and just came up with enough cream for it using the recipe. The recipe did not say how many of how much potatoes to use. The flavor was good and I will make this recipe at work one night to go with one of my specials at the diner.
