Ingredients:

1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup 4X or 10X sugar
Blueberry pie filling or cherry pie filling

Directions:

Crumble butter, flour and nuts together. Press into an oblong casserole dish. Bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes (until pretty and light brown); cool completely.

Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip, and spread out on cooled crumb layer. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes.

Spread one can of pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Cover pie filling with remainder of container of Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
