1 pumpkinkernel roll
1 sm. turkey steak *
1 slice Dachsteiner cheese
2 to 3 salad leaves
1 to 2 slice tomato
2 to 3 drops Kuerbiskernoel (pumpkin seed oil)
1 clove garlic, crushed
Minced jalapeno pepper
Ketchup
Cooking oil
Fresh ground horseradish
Spiced mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix cooking oil, garlic and minced pepper; marinade turkey steak overnight.
The next day, mix mayonaise with some ground horseradish. Cut the roll in half; toast it slightly. Cook the steak on stove top or grill.
Fill the roll with spiced mayonaise, cheese, ketchup, turkey steak, spiced mayonaise, tomato slices, salad leaves and a few drops of pumpkin seed oil.

* you can use chicken but in my opinion Terminator and chicken does not go together.
