Ingredients:

2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
2 lb. red potatoes, quartered

Directions:

In large bowl, combine chili powder, honey, garlic powder, pepper and butter. Add potatoes; toss to coat.

Conventional Oven:
Spoon potatoes in greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Bake 40-50 minutes in a preheated 400°F oven until potatoes are tender.

Barbecue Grill:
Wrap and seal potatoes in foil; place on grill for about 30 minutes or until tender.

Indoor Or Outdoor BBQ Potatoes. Either way they come out yummie. For better clean-up in over you can also do the foil!

I tried both the oven and foil.My recommendation is foil if u want a real barbecue taste.This dish is excellent.Try it atleast once.
