3 lg. firm tomatoes
1 lg. red onion
6 md. white cucumbers
1 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
|
Slice cucumbers onions, and tomatoes into bite size wedges. Heat vinegar to a boil and add sugar. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Stir. Chill and serve with anything!

You can also add hot or sweet peppers... celery seed... or just about any summer veggie.
