Ingredients:

1/2 stick melted margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 head (md.) cabbage, shredded
1 md. onion, shredded or chopped
Corn flakes
8 to 12 oz. mild shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Place shredded cabbage and onions in a large casserole dish. Mix margarine, soup and milk in a bowl. Stir with a wire whip until well blended. Pour over cabbage. Add cheese equally on top, then add as many corn flakes as desired as a topping. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350°F.

This dish is so simple and it is simply delicious! Even people who hate cabbage will love it. It's great served with BBQ chicken, baked beans, and rolls.
