Ingredients:

1 jalapeno
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Cut top off jalapeno. Discard seeds if you would like the sauce mild. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend. Marinate steaks with a sparing amount, just enough to cover the surface of the steaks.

Comments from Lisa :

This is an excellent marinade, or steak sauce for dipping. It's also good on nachos! It's not as spicy as you might think.

I think that this recipe is inimitable, it is very, very good!!!

Very Very GOOD!! I make this sauce almost every time we have a BBQ at home. The hot peppers help to make just right. Great recipe Lisa!! Ifyou have any more like that put them on here.
