Ingredients:

2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup goat milk
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Melt chocolate in milk. Add sugar and corn syrup; cook slowly, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Cook gently to softball stage (234°F), stirring frequently. Remove from heat; add butter and cool at room temperature until lukewarm without stirring. Add vanilla; beat vigorously until fudge becomes very thick and loses its gloss. Quickly spread in butter pan. When firm, cut into squares.

This Fudge is Easy and Tastes Great. I changed the unsweetened chocolate with oraganic carob powder and honey instead of corn syrup makes is healther and easy to digest for people that have lactose problems. You will love it !!! My 5 year old daughter can't get enough of it!!!


this stuff is sweet, smooth ,and delicious I don't particularly like fudge now this is the only one I'll eat
