Ingredients:

2-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
2/3 evaporated milk
1/4 cup spread margarine
1 tbsp. garlic salt
3/4 cup sharp or mild cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chives

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients by hand until baking mix is covered and cheese is mixed in evenly. Do not kneed or overmix.

Drop by tablespoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake approixamtely 12 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.

MAY NEED TO RAISE TRAY TO KEEP BOTTOM OF BISCUIT FROM OVER BROWNING.

GREAT WITH A PASTA DISH AND THE KIDS LOVE THEM.
