Ingredients:

17-1/2 oz. noodles
1 can peaches slices
17/25 fl. oz. mild curry powder
17/100 fl. oz. turmeric
1 md. onion
17/50 fl. oz. gound cumin
17/100 fl. oz. paprika
17/100 fl. oz. cayenne pepper
17/20 fl. oz. oil
6-4/5 fl. oz. mayonaise
5-1/10 fl. oz. chutney

Directions:

Fry chopped onions in oil until soft, add ground spices and cook for a few minutes to bring out the flavour.

Meanwhile boil noodles until al dente and drain and leave to cool.

Add onion mixture and chopped peaches to noodles and add chutney and mayonaise and mix until noodles evenly coated. If too dry add some of the tinned peach juice.
