Ingredients:

1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 cup cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 unbaked 9-inch pie pastry or 1 10-inch flat scalloped quiche pan, pastry lined

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grate cheese and stir in flour. Beat eggs. Stir cream and seasonings into eggs. Line the bottom of pastry with the cheese. Pour on eggs and cream. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
