Ingredients:

6 hot Italian sausages
2 cups Bisquick
3 cups grated old Cheddar cheese

Dipping sauce:
2 cups Chinese cherry sauce
1 to 1-1/2 tsp. finely chopped jalepeņo or red hot peppers (to taste)

Directions:

Remove sausage from casing. Mix well, all ingredients, by hand. Form 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until sausage is pink but not runny. Place on paper towel to drip off fat before serving.

Serve warm with dipping sauce. Warning!! hot and spicy sauce. Make sure to have nice cold beer at hand.
