6 chicken thighs
1/2 cup orange maramalade
1/8 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. fresh minced ginger
3/4 cup sliced almonds
Black pepper

Directions:
|
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small mixing bowl, combine the marmalade, soy sauce, honey, black pepper and minced ginger, and mix well. Place the chicken thighs in a shallow baking or casserole dish, skin side up. Coat each with the marmalade mixture and top with sliced almonds. Bake uncovered, occasionally basting the chicken, at 375°F for approximately 25-28 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180°F.
